Together, we create environments that are grounded in respect, full of curiosity and exploration, and serious only about safety.

One-on-One Coaching for Industry Professionals
Private coaching for artists, directors, and leaders who want to unlearn old social scripts about intimacy and power. Less shame, more skill.
Workshops & Trainings
Interactive sessions that mix RJ principles, play, and practical tools. Topics include consent practices, boundary-setting, conflict repair, and leading with empathy on set and intimacy tools for working with younger actors.
Conflict Repair and Restorative Justice Processes
Creative work can get messy, and that’s okay. When conflict or harm occurs, I help teams slow down, listen deeply, and move toward repair. The restorative process transforms breakdowns into breakthroughs, rebuilding trust so collaboration feels possible (and joyful) again.
How It Works
01 – Initial Chat
You tell me about your project, I ask good questions.
02 – Director’s Conversation
Plus Script Review and Pre-production baseline boundaries: We identify moments that need care, choreography, or context and clarify the expectations around those moments (and my role) with everyone involved.
03 – Rehearsal & On-Set Work
We practice consent, build and take artistic risks within our set boundaries, and keep the vibe light, responsive and professional.
04 – Ongoing Support
I stay available for follow-up, repair, and the unexpected.
